Rice Crispies Clock

Don't know what dessert to make for New Years? Don't worry, I've got just right perfect treat for anyone.


Materials:
Rice Crispies 
White Chocolate Melts
Black Food Gel Writing Pen  
Cup
Black Fondant

Directions:
First make the rice crispies treats according to the directions on the cereal box
Once it ready, cut out 12 circles using the cup
Dip on side of the circle in white melted chocolate and let it harden
Using the food gel pen number each circle from 1 to 12
Cut the rest of the rice crispies however you'd like
Place the circles into a big circle forming a clock
Place the rest of the rice crispies in the middle
Cut two pieces of fondant to make them look like the hand signals of the clock

End Result:

Snowman Oreos

Last year I made these for my coworkers last year and they really liked them.

Materials:
Oreos
Wilton Candy Melts (White)
Orange Candy (optional)
Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Treat Bags
Paramount Crystals

Directions:
Melt the candy in the microwave according to the instructions in the packaging
Add some paramount crystals if the chocolate is too thick
Dip the oreo and place it on some parchment paper
Put some chocolate chips as the eyes and mouth
Add an orange candy as the nose
Place the cookies in the refrigerator until they harden
Put them in the treat bags

Final Result:

Christmas Cake Pops

These cake pops are so adorable everyone will love them.

What you need:
Wilton Chocolate Melts (Green and Red)
Cake Mix
Cake Pop Pan
Baking Spray
Red and Green Sprinkles
Lollipop Sticks
Cookie Sheet
Cake Pop Stand
Gingerbread and Candy Cane Candies (Optional)
Directions:
Spray the cake pop pan with baking spray so they don’t stick




Fill the cake pop pan











Place pan on a cookie sheet so that if it spills, the oven won’t get dirty

Bake cake pops
Let them cool completely (I usually let them cool overnight)











Once they are cool, its time to decorate
Melt the chocolate (I did one color at a time)
Take a lollipop stick and dip the tip into one of the colors and stick it on the cake pop
Then cover the whole cake pop in chocolate 
Immediately cover the chocolate in sprinkles and the candies
Place them in the refrigerator so they chocolate can harden

DIY: Gift Card Holders

This will be my last do it yourself project for the season. I really hope you guys enjoyed these projects, were able to recreate some. I had so much fun making them, and would like to make some more in the future. In this do it yourself, I made two gift card holders. Sometimes I hesitate to buy gift cards because I feel that not much effort is being put by buying something so quick and simple. These holders are just the perfect way to make the gift unique.
Mitten Materials:
White Thread
Red Felt or any other material
Cut out Snowflake
Glue Gun
Scissors
White and Green Ribbon
Mitten Cut Out












Directions:
Trace the mitten cut out onto the felt and cut 2 pieces
Sew the mittens together with the white thread
Glue some green ribbon onto the top of the mitten
Tie a bow with the white ribbon under the green ribbon
Take the snowflake cut out and glue it to the middle of the mitten
Final Look:


















Reindeer Materials:
Brown Felt or any other material
Antler Cut Out
Glue Gun
Black Marker
Red Glitter Glue Pen
Scissors











Directions:
Cut a long piece of brown material and glue ends together, also glue the bottom so the gift card doesn't fall out
Cut 2 antlers using the template and glue to the top of the felt
Draw two eyes with the black marker
Using the red glitter glue pen draw the nose and let it dry

DIY: Apple Cider In Santa Bags

This is the easiest do it yourself gifts you can make. They are great for anyone, and can be finished in seconds.
Materials:
Santa Goodie Bags ( I got mine at Target)
Small Apple Cider bottles
Ribbon

Directions:
Take the bottle and place it in the bag















Measure a piece of ribbon to go around it










Tie the ribbon in a knot

I added the name tags in the back
Finished!

DIY: Sock Cupcakes

I made these sock cupcakes for my coworkers, and they were such a hit. If you're stuck on what to get some people, I recommend making these because they are super cute and so easy to make. 

Materials:
Knee High Socks
Cupcake Liners
Scrapbook Paper
Cupcake Cover Template (I got mine from pinterest)
Scissors
Red Candy ( I used See's chocolate candies)
Lollipop Sticks
Glue Gun
Rubber bands
Treat Bags
Ribbon
Tape
Stickers

Directions:
Cut out the size of the liner using a template and trace it on scrapbook paper

Fold the socks in half long way and start rolling them from the bottom
Put a rubber band around them so they don't unroll
Take the white cupcake liner and put it under the cupcake sock












Grab the cupcake cover and go around the cupcake sock, tape it in place
Decorate the cover as you'd like with the stickers












Take a lollipop stick and cut a piece of it

Put some glue on the round chocolate and glue it to the stick


Add the red candy to the top of the cupcake sock

Place the sock and put it in the treat bags

DIY: Hot Chocolate Kit

Hot chocolate is one of my favorite drinks during winter, and since buying gifts for everyone can get expensive. I decided to give some coworkers hot chocolate kits that were super cute, easy to make, and inexpensive. I will show you two different ways to put them together.















Materials:
Coffee Cups with Lids
Hot Chocolate Mix
Marshmallows
Ziploc Bags
Candy Canes
Treat bags and ties

How to:
Take the lid of the coffee cup and place it under the cup

Place some marshmallows in a small Ziploc bag

Put the chocolate mix, marshmallows, and candy cane inside the cup


Take the treat bag and put the cup inside











End Result:
 








Materials:
Candy Holder
Small jar
Hershey Kisses
Marshmallows
Treat Bags
Candy Canes
Ribbon
Hot Chocolate Mix

Nail Polish Remover
Cotton Pad
Name tag

How to:
Clean the wax from the candle holder by placing it in the freezer overnight











Take a butter knife and crack the wax, and take it out











Wash the container and take off the labels

If the container is sticky use some nail polish remover and it should come right off











Rinse the container once more
Do the same to the small container as well









In the small container add some Hershey kisses and marshmallows
Place it in the big container

Take the chocolate mix and candy cane and put it inside the container











Put the container in the treat bag and tie a ribbon into a bow
Place a name tag around it











Final Result:
