Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer Cookies

It’s my favorite time of the year, and I have a lot of new treats that you and your family will enjoy. You can have kids help you decorate them and turn it in to a decorating party.

What you’ll need:
Pillsbury Cookie Dough
Mini M&Ms
White Chocolate
Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Pretzels
Paramount Crystals
Directions:
Bake the cookies in circles according to the directions in the packaging and let them cool completely
Take the semisweet chocolate chips and melt them in a microwave safe bowl. Add some paramount crystals to the chocolate if it’s too thick
Dip the pretzels into the chocolate and cover them completely. Place them aside until they have hardened. (You can also buy the pretzels that are already dipped in chocolate to make it easier)
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl
Take a mini brown M&M and dip one side to the white chocolate and add it to the cookie. Dip another brown M&M and add it to the other side of the cookie. Those will be the eyes. Dip a red M&M to the white chocolate and add it as the nose
Take two chocolate covered pretzels and dip a small side of it with white chocolate and place them as the antlers

Chocolate Chip and M&M Cookies

I have always made regular chocolate chip cookies, but I had never made any with M&Ms so I decided to try it out. They were a complete success and even had to make some more. This is how I decided to make them.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Mini M&Ms

Servings: About 4 dozen

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and mix.
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until its creamy. Add one egg at a time and beat well after each egg. Beat in the flour mixture into the large bowl gradually. Stir in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 9 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
