Then I took some pink food coloring and added it to white fondant and once it was the color I wanted, I made two different shapes of flowers as well. Then with a 1C Wilton tip I took some white frosting and covered half of the cupcakes and the other half with pink frosting. On the pink cupcakes I put a big white flower, a smallers pink flower and a pearl sprinkle on top. On the white cupcakes I put a big pink flower, a small white flower and a pearl sprinkle on top.

The end result:

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

What you will need:
Yellow Cake Mix
12 inch round cake pan
Brown Sugar
1 Stick of butter
Maraschino Cherries
Pineapple Slices

How to:
First, you take the stick of butter and place it in the pan. You put the pan in low heat and keep an eye on it. As soon as the butter is completely melted remove the pan from the heat.

Next, fill the pan with brown sugar until it is completely covered.

Then, place the pineapple slices around the edge of the pan and one in the middle. Make sure the pineapple isn't touching the rim of the pan or they might come off when you take out the cake. In the middle of each pineapple, and around the middle of the pan, place some cherries.

I then got the cake mix ready and transferred it into the pan and put it in the oven to bake. Once the cake was done, I let it cool off.

Finally, it was time to put the cake on a plate.

Mickey Mouse Cake

What you will need:
2 boxes of cake mix
12 inch round cake pan
Pastry Pride Whipped topping
Merengue Powder
Red Food coloring
Red Color Mist
Yellow Ribbon
White fondant
Black fondant
1 half styrofoam ball
2 styrofoam discs
lollipop sticks
Strawberries (optional)

How to:
Bake two 12 inch round cakes and let them cool off. Then, make the whipped frosting by adding a small amount of merengue powder mix it with an electric mixer. Once that is finished you can add the red food coloring. You must be generous because if not it will turn pink. Once its orange you can put one cake and coat the top with frosting and add some cut up strawberries and then add the next cake on top of it. Coat the entire cake with the frosting. Once its all done take the red color mist and spray the entire cake until it is the color you would want it. ( You may want to spray it outside since it can get messy in the kitchen).

Take the white fondant and make two round circles to use them as the buttons. Then take black fondant and cover all three styrofoams. With two lollipop sticks, stick the styrofoam discs to the half circle. Once that is done you can add the Mickey head to the top of the cake and the buttons on the front.

Then take the yellow ribbon and place it on the bottom of the cake.

End result:

End result:

Minnie Mouse Cake

My mom actually made this cake. The only thing I did was help her with the decorations.  I will try my best to describe the way she did it.

What you will need:
Wilton candy melts (White, black)
Deep Pink food coloring
White fondant
Black fondant
Pride pastry whipped topping
Merengue Powder
Circle lollipop candy maker
Lollipop Sticks
9 inch cake pan
14 inch cake pan
4 cake boxes
Strawberries (optional)
Mickey/Minnie cookie cutter
22 Wilton Tip

How to:
The first thing we did was bake the four cakes and let them cool off. Then she made the whipped topping by thawing it for a while and then putting it in a bowl adding a bit of merengue powder and mixing it with an electric mixer.

Then, she took one of the the 14 inch cakes and put some whipped topping on the top and added some cut up strawberries and added the other 14 inch cake on top of that one and covered it with the white whipped topping. Then we added some pink food coloring to the rest of the whipped topping and added one 9 inch cake to the top of the bottom cake. She added some strawberries and then placed the next 9 inch cake and covered it in pink whipped topping. Once that was finished she took a 22 Wilton tip and made small border on the bottom of both cakes.

In the meantime, I took some black Wilton candy melts, lollipop sticks, and made two lollipops for the ears.

I then took some white fondant and made a white bow.

Then we bought some white Wilton candy melts and used them as polka dots.

With black fondant I took a Mickey cookie cutter and cut out Mickey heads. Then, I took white fondant and made it pink and made small bows to add to the Mickey heads.

When everything was made all she needed to do was add everything to the cake and the end result was:

Minnie Mouse Jumbo Cupcake

What you will need:
Giant Cupcake Pan
Funfetti Cake Mix (or any flavor you prefer)
Oreos
Merengue Powder
Deep Pink food coloring
Wilton white sugar pearls sprinkles
Pastry pride whipped topping (or any frosting of your choice)
White fondant
White Wilton Candy Melts

How to:
First, I do the cake mix by following the instructions on the box. The only thing I changed was the amount of eggs. Instead of three eggs like the box indicated I only put two eggs. (I do this to all my cakes).

After I mixed all the ingredients I filled the cupcake pan as evenly as possible and put it in the oven. The pan takes more than one box, but I only put one box because I didn't want it to be too big.

When the cupcake is baked. I take the white Wilton candy melts, and melt the chocolate in the microwave following the instructions that are included. Once the candy is melted I use a spatula and covered the bottom part of the cake with a layer of chocolate so it could look like a cupcake liner.

To make the whipped topping I thaw it for a couple hours, and then place it onto a bowl, and add a little bit of merengue powder to help make the consistency that I want it and use an electric mixer until its the way I need it. Be careful with the merengue powder because if you add too much it will get hard fast and you wont be able to use it. Once the whipped topping is done I add the food coloring and mix it until its the color that I want it.

To cover the top of the cupcake I used a 1C tip from Wilton and a pastry bag and decorated it until it was completely covered. I then made a bow with white fondant and put it on top of the cupcake.

Once the bow was in the middle of the cupcake I added the white pearl sprinkles and randomly placed them all over the cupcake. After that was done, I took two oreos and place one on the right of the cupcake and one on the left to make it look like ears.

 My end result:
