Mickey Mouse Cake

What you will need:
2 boxes of cake mix
12 inch round cake pan
Pastry Pride Whipped topping
Merengue Powder
Red Food coloring
Red Color Mist
Yellow Ribbon
White fondant
Black fondant
1 half styrofoam ball
2 styrofoam discs
lollipop sticks
Strawberries (optional)

How to:
Bake two 12 inch round cakes and let them cool off. Then, make the whipped frosting by adding a small amount of merengue powder mix it with an electric mixer. Once that is finished you can add the red food coloring. You must be generous because if not it will turn pink. Once its orange you can put one cake and coat the top with frosting and add some cut up strawberries and then add the next cake on top of it. Coat the entire cake with the frosting. Once its all done take the red color mist and spray the entire cake until it is the color you would want it. ( You may want to spray it outside since it can get messy in the kitchen).

Take the white fondant and make two round circles to use them as the buttons. Then take black fondant and cover all three styrofoams. With two lollipop sticks, stick the styrofoam discs to the half circle. Once that is done you can add the Mickey head to the top of the cake and the buttons on the front.

Then take the yellow ribbon and place it on the bottom of the cake.

End result:
